Sherry Heathcote
ADHD Nurse
Sherry Heathcote is a Registered Nurse and ADDCA-certified ADHD and Executive Function Coach based in Ontario, Canada. With 20+ years of nursing experience, including work with post-secondary students, she brings clinical depth to her coaching practice.
She works with adults, post-secondary students, teens, and parents navigating ADHD at every life stage. Drawing on her clinical nursing background, her practice has a growing focus on women navigating ADHD through perimenopause.
Sherry partners with clients to build strategies that fit their brains, their bodies, and their lives, grounded in current ADHD research and shaped by her years in nursing and her own lived experience with ADHD and as a parent. Her coaching is practical, compassionate, and built around the reality that no two ADHD brains are the same.
