Professional ADHD and Executive Function Coach, Impulsively Aware
You know what to do. So why is it still so hard to actually do it?
If you’ve ever wondered, “Why can everyone else seem to do this so much more easily than I can?” you’re not alone.
I’m an ADHD and Executive Function Coach, and I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 50. For decades, I believed I was lazy and that I just needed to try harder.
Neither was true.
What I really needed was to understand why I kept getting stuck and what actually helped.
One of the biggest misconceptions about ADHD is that we don’t know what to do. Most of us do. The challenge isn’t knowing. It’s that ADHD often takes over before we even realize it’s happening.
That’s one of the biggest things we work on together. We learn to recognize those moments a little sooner. Because once you notice what’s happening, you can pause. And when you respond with curiosity instead of self-criticism, you give yourself the opportunity to make a different choice. That’s where lasting change begins.
I work with bright, capable adults who care deeply and know they’re capable of more, but can’t understand why they struggle to consistently follow through on the things that matter most.
My coaching isn’t about trying harder or becoming someone you’re not. The goal isn’t to prevent your ADHD from showing up. It’s to notice it sooner. Because the sooner you recognize what’s happening, the sooner you can pause, respond with self-compassion instead of self-criticism, and make a choice that’s more aligned with the life you want to create.
You’re not broken, and I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you understand yourself, trust yourself again, and become the person you’ve always known you could be.
