Faelyne Templer
Principal, Path & Purpose Coaching
I have helped individuals, teams, and organizations grow and develop for over 20 years. Grounded in a foundation of inclusion and accessibility and fueled by a commitment to equity, I work collaboratively with clients to help identify their strengths, align their goals with their values and create the change they want to see in their careers and lives. An engaging ADHD communicator, the workshops, presentations and keynotes I hold are overwhelmingly well-received at conferences and by organizations. I am a Board-Certified Coach and also hold accreditations with the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and MentorCoach. My area of focus is at the intersection of Neurodivergence, leadership and work-life flourishing. I blend my deep understanding of ADHD with decades of professional experience as a leader, adult educator, and human resources professional to inspire and support my clients in finding their path to purpose and thriving in work and life.
