Matthew Menzies
Certified ADHD Coach, ADHD Remapped - As seen on the BBC
I’m Matthew, Certified ADHD Coach and founder of ADHD Remapped.
ADHD can often feel overwhelming – like your brain is always switched on, constantly processing, and hard to slow down. But with the right support, those same traits can become powerful strengths.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 39, after years of feeling like I had to work harder than everyone else just to keep up. Through coaching, I learned how to understand my brain, build systems that actually work for me, and create a life that feels more calm, focused, and aligned.
Now, I support other adults with ADHD to do the same.
My work is practical, supportive, and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-based coaching. Together, we focus on building clarity, reducing overwhelm, and creating strategies that help you move forward in a way that feels sustainable.
I offer both one-to-one coaching and group support.
My group programme, Rise Together, is a supportive space for men with ADHD who want to feel more in control, more consistent, and less alone. It combines coaching, accountability, and community – helping you take action and build momentum alongside others who truly understand.
If you’re ready to make meaningful change, you don’t have to do it on your own.
