Amy Lightholder
Agile 4 ADHD
I am a queer, neurodivergent Scrum Master and Agile Coach based in San Francisco with 20 years of coaching experience. I help neurodivergent professionals build practical systems for focus, follow-through, and sustainable progress. My differentiation is the adaptation of Agile methodology: an iterative, evidence-based approach used by modern businesses for maintaining productivity under conditions of uncertainty and change. Instead of attempting to replicate the neurotypical experience, we’ll develop a personalized operating system that works with your brain. We begin by creating clarity around priorities and constraints, followed by small, structured experiments that reduce overwhelm and build momentum. Over time, we refine systems for planning, execution, and recovery that produce measurable results. If you are bright, capable, and tired of underperforming relative to your potential, Agile4ADHD provides structure without rigidity –and accountability without shame.
