Hi! I’m Keltie, I support creative, thoughtful people with ADHD who care deeply about their work, communities, and impact, but feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, burnout, or inconsistency — and want a more sustainable, self-trusting way forward. Together we’ll build systems that work with your interest-based nervous system — so you can finally feel more ease, clarity, and joy.

Coaching with me is different because every strategy is tailored to you—your interests, your energy, your capacity. We’ll uncover the “why” behind each tool so your system feels natural, like floating with the current instead of paddling against it.

I began coaching and founded ADHD Embraced after burning out from nearly a decade as an architect with undiagnosed ADHD. Learning how my brain actually works changed everything—I stopped trying to fix myself and started designing a life around my strengths.

In addition to ADHD coach training, I bring experience in 20 years experience in mindfulness meditation, and have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). If you’d like to learn more about me, consider checking out my newsletter: https://adhdembraced.substack.com/

ADHD brains excel in imagining all the possibilities. In a world that needs more creativity and new ways of being, your unique way of thinking is your power. It’s a joy to help people like you reconnect with what matters most and create what only you can.
