Hello, I’m Gary, an ADHD Coach from Ireland who also has ADHD. A decade post-diagnosis, I was utterly fed up and burnt out. Out of desperation, I embraced ADHD coaching myself. Initially skeptical, but it changed everything. I have since committed to a career path focused on ADHD awareness and support. This followed a decision to leave behind a senior 20+ year career in the tech sector, where I held roles such as General Manager, Managing Director, Founder and Chief Product Officer. My own coaching shone a light on my strengths, and kryptonite….I help people with ADHD believe in themselves through science-based ADHD coaching, enabling them to see things differently and make changes in an iterative and empowering way. My primary coaching areas of interest are adults, managers, and entrepreneurs who are struggling to find their place in the world with ADHD but are open and willing to learn, challenge themselves, and engage in change.
