James Farrell
Director, The Natural Coaching Company
I am James, a warm, curious and genuine coach and environmentalist.
I care deeply about the challenges and opportunities my clients face, and I am dedicated to helping overcome them.
My practice is grounded in leadership and in Nature. I have worked in the environment sector for over 30 years, helping others achieve good things for people and planet. Many of my clients enjoy coaching outdoors – either remotely, or face to face – but we can work via Zoom as well. I am a qualified mental health coach, Accredited ADHD Coach, and am experienced in working with Autistic adults and other aspects of neurodiversity.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2025.
About ADHD coaching with me
ADHD coaching can be about finding new strategies and working together to embed them. Things that improve our concentration, calm and creativity. Often, however, it’s about compassion – identifying our strengths, building self-esteem and accepting ourselves as complete and whole human beings. Together we can achieve all these things, and more!
Some things my clients have said:
“James is a brilliant coach who has a calm, patient, professional manner and understands ADHD.”
“I thoroughly recommend James as an excellent coach and especially for people with ADHD brains.”
“Through James, I found a thinking partner who helped me to not only overcome my limiting beliefs, but also understand what I needed to do to fully realise my potential.”
My qualifications
I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Advanced Executive Accredited Coach (UCA) and Chartered Environmentalist (CIEEM).
