Paul Ginsberg
Everyone’s experience of ADHD is unique. What matters most is finding the approach that works for you. I bring empathy and expertise gained through having ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia and Giftedness, as well as ADHD coach training, being an ICF Associate Certified Coach and 15+ years’ experience in the tech sector.
My client portfolio empasses problem solvers from many spheres of life. A common theme is a thirst for intellectual challenge – not just in theory, but in practice too – and a desire to succeed (which is always a personal interpretation), whether an IT professional, an office manager or a member of the clergy. As a bonus I also offer combined coaching and mentoring for people at earlier stages in their careers.
Learn the tips, tricks, workarounds and adjustments that work for you, and to know when self-compassion needs to be more vigorously applied. As well as having a bit of fun on route! Book a free 30 min intro call or check out my website, LinkedIn and Bluesky.
I am also Trustee at the Scottish ADHD Coalition, and a facilitator at my local peer support group.
See my blog for more details.
Note: I am very comfortable working with clients who speak English as a second language, having spent many years living in mainland Europe.
