Clarity, wellbeing, and fulfilment aren’t luxuries, they’re essentials, especially if you live with ADHD or chronic stress. I’m Caterina (she/her), an ICF PCC-accredited coach with over 2,000 hours of experience, specialist ADHD training from ADDCA (New York), and a Mental Health Coaching certification from Lyra Health. Before coaching, I spent 10+ years in a global corporate career, including senior roles in management consulting, and hold an MBA.

I specialise in adult ADHD coaching, particularly with people who’ve recently been diagnosed and are navigating what that means for their life, work, and sense of self. Whether you’re figuring out your next move, rebuilding after burnout, or craving a way of working that actually fits how your brain is wired, my coaching offers a grounded space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity.

My approach blends ADHD-informed strategies with ontological coaching, behavioural psychology, and mindfulness. As part of every intake, I use validated screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS, WEMWBS) to make sure coaching is the right fit and to track your progress over time — if screening points to clinical levels of distress, I’ll support you in accessing the right clinical care first.
