Dr. Yasi Herbich is a member of ICF, AC and EMCC. She is an Executive Coach, Neurodiversity Coach and a Coach Supervisor. She supports ADHD and autistic children, teens, adults, and parents, and also works with managers and workplaces who want practical, neuroaffirming ways to support neurodivergent staff. Her coaching isn’t about fixing people or forcing anyone to fit a system that wasn’t built for their brain. Instead, Yasi helps clients understand what actually works for their nervous system, sensory preferences, and communication style. Clients often come to her feeling stuck in procrastination loops, overwhelmed, close to burnout, or struggling with school/work demands and routines. Together, they build simple, realistic supports for executive function (getting started, planning, prioritizing, time management), along with self-advocacy and accommodations that make daily life easier‚at home, at school, and at work.

Dr. Yasi Herbich is a member of ICF, AC and EMCC as a Certified Neurodiversity Coach, Executive Coach and a Coach Supervisor trained at University of Reading(Henley), looking at it all through a neurodiversity-affirming lens.
