I’m Travis (he/him), an executive function coach with over 15 years of experience working in school settings.

I support high school students, college students, and adults who are capable, thoughtful, and motivated—but find themselves struggling with follow-through, organization, writing, or getting started.

My work focuses on helping clients build the skills behind those challenges in a way that is structured, collaborative, and sustainable.

You may be someone who is thoughtful, capable, and motivated—but still finds it difficult to begin tasks, stay organized, or follow through.

You may understand the material, have good ideas, or genuinely want to get things done … and still feel stuck.

Or you may be a parent trying to support your child while watching stress, avoidance, or conflict around school continue to grow.

In many cases, these challenges are not about effort or intelligence.

They are about executive function: the skills that allow us to plan, prioritize, organize, and take action.

This is where our work begins.

I have a long history of supporting queer and neurodivergent individuals, and this continues to be an important part of my work.

As a gay coach, I understand how identity can shape the way we experience school, work, expectations, and even our sense of what is possible.

Many of the clients I work with have, at some point, felt misunderstood, overlooked, or asked to fit into systems that were not designed for them.

Coaching offers a different kind of space—one that is:

  • Affirming of identity

  • Attentive to individual differences

  • Focused on building approaches that actually fit

This is not separate from the work—it is central to it.
