Hello! I’m an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach with a scientific research background. My coaching is rooted in curiosity, compassion and the belief that ADHD isn’t a flaw, it’s a different way of moving through the world. I chose the name ADHD Hiker because I want my coaching space to feel the way I feel when I’m hiking, surrounded by trees and nature: peaceful, grounded, and welcoming. A place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported and understood. I’d love to invite you into that space.
