Aggie Zbieranska
Holistic ADHD Co
At the core of my work is a simple idea: you don’t need to fight your brain to succeed; you need to understand how it works and design around it.
This is what I call a flow over force approach; i.e. moving away from rigid productivity systems and towards sustainable performance that works with your energy, attention, and capacity.
Before specialising in ADHD, I spent a decade working as a business psychologist and coach in high-performance corporate environments. I understand exactly what it takes to perform, deliver, and lead, and how quickly that can become unsustainable when your brain is working against the system you’re in.
I now specialise in working with ambitious professionals, business owners, and leaders with ADHD. They are capable and driven, but starting to feel the cost of pushing through. Many have more complex presentations of neurodiversity and need a nuanced, highly personalised approach. They are not looking for basic productivity advice, but for a more intelligent and sustainable way to operate.
My second specialism is the holistic side of ADHD management. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 while completing a holistic health coaching certification, which deepened my understanding of how nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle impact attention, regulation, and energy. Following this, I requalified as an ADHD coach with ADDCA at both the basic and advanced levels.
Curiosity (or hyperfocus) led me further into research, and I am now completing a PhD in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, focusing on ADHD and autism. This ensures my work remains grounded in the latest evidence as well as real-world application.
My approach brings together performance psychology and behavioural science, evidence-based ADHD coaching, and a holistic understanding of how lifestyle and physiology shape cognitive function. This allows me to support clients in a way that is both scientifically grounded and practically effective in real life.
Outside of work, life is full in the best way. My husband and I have two very energetic Australian Shepherds and a young son who constantly remind us how valuable curiosity, play, and flexibility are. It is a part of ADHD I have come to appreciate more and more.
