Sarah Alsaidi
Dr., Sarah Alsaidi Consulting
Sarah Alsaidi, PhD, is a psychologist, executive coach, and consultant specializing in executive functioning, performance, and behavior change. She earned her doctorate from Columbia University, where she developed a strong foundation in psychology, research, and human development.
Sarah works with leaders, executives, and high-achieving professionals navigating increasing demands, helping them build clarity, consistency, and sustainable performance in high-pressure environments. Her work focuses on aligning two critical systems that drive performance: the mind—beliefs, identity, and emotional patterns—and the brain—executive functions such as planning, prioritization, time awareness, and follow-through.
She is the creator of the Brain-In-Mind™ Method, an integrated framework that combines neuroscience-informed psychology, executive functioning strategy, and coaching to help individuals design personalized systems for effective decision-making and execution. She is currently writing a book on this method to expand its reach to a broader audience.
In addition to her coaching practice, Sarah partners with organizations to deliver trainings and workshops on executive functioning, well-being, perfectionism, identity, and high-stakes communication. As co-author of Microinterventions, she is recognized for her work in identity, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership, and has delivered keynotes and trainings focused on interrupting bias and strengthening workplace effectiveness.
Sarah’s work centers on helping individuals and organizations move beyond insight—toward building the internal systems required for meaningful, sustained performance.
