I’m an ADHD coach for adults, with nearly 20 years of communications and career coaching experience helping clients navigate personal and professional transitions. As an ICF member and Certified Professional Co-active Coach, I have expanded my practice to include ADHD coaching, combining formal training, lived experience, and deep empathy to help clients understand how their brains work best and create systems that support their success.

As someone living with ADHD myself, I know firsthand how clarity, structure, and self-compassion can change everything. Through ADHD Ally Coaching, I help clients understand their unique strengths and design systems that truly work for them. When I began to understand my own ADHD and how my mind worked, this transformed everything: my career, my confidence, my relationships, and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same.

For the last 10+ years, I have been a volunteer coach with the Humanitarian Coaching Network, providing leadership coaching to United Nations field staff and leaders across global nonprofits, and I serve on the board of the Positive Psychology Foundation.

I have completed ADDCA Advanced ADHD Coach Certification Training; coursework is completed; in process of getting certified, expected by end-2026. I became a Certified Co-active Professional Coach in October 2013 through the Co-active Training Institute , and received ICF ACC Coach accreditation in June, 2014.
