Paige Hart-Johnson
MS, Neuroplastic Pathways
Hi! I’m Paige, founder of Neuroplastic Pathways, a neurodivergent-affirming life coaching practice rooted in curiosity, compassion, autonomy, and the belief that meaningful change grows from understanding how your brain works—not fighting against it.
I work with neurodivergent adults, professionals, college and graduate students, and teens seeking support with executive functioning, overwhelm, motivation, self-trust, transitions, and building sustainable systems that fit their lives. My coaching is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-aware, and grounded in partnership rather than prescriptive advice.
I am currently completing the Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) program through the iACTCenter and bring graduate-level training in neuroscience and biomedical science to my work. At Neuroplastic Pathways, the goal is not to “fix” people, but to help clients understand their patterns, work with their strengths, and create pathways toward lives that feel more sustainable, authentic, and their own.
