GenADHD Coaching
Who I work with
At GenADHD Coaching, I support students, parents, professionals and adults to better understand their ADHD and themselves.
My Coaching approach
As an ADHD coach with ADHD, I combine lived experience with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) training to create a warm, collaborative and judgement-free coaching space. Coaching with me offers the opportunity to pause, step back and look at things from a different perspective.
Setting up expectations
Together, we can make sense of what’s getting in the way, build on what’s already working, and find practical approaches that fit your ADHD, you and your life. Whether you’ve recently discovered ADHD, have been diagnosed for years, or are still waiting for an assessment, you don’t need a diagnosis to work with me.
Education, Training & Certifications
Outside Coaching
I have a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, having done my bachelor’s degree in Italy and my master’s in England.
I have trained as a scout leader for kids between 4 and 7, and also for kids between 13 and 17.
Within Coaching
I am ADDCA trained. I have completed Simply ADHD, Personal Transformation and Basic Coaching Skills, and I am working to finalise my certification by the end of 2026.
