Jessica Ging
Executive Function Coach & Professional ADHD Life Coach, Elevate Coaching Practice
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Education from Rutgers University, I bring 25 years of experience as a General Education Teacher. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse students, including those identified as Gifted and Talented, Second Language Learners, and students needing Special Education and Academic Intervention services.
In my coaching practice, I strive to understand my clients’ unique perspectives, affirm their strengths, and acknowledge their worth and potential. I believe setting clear, achievable goals is a powerful tool for positive change. By breaking these goals into smaller, more manageable steps and anticipating obstacles, clients build confidence and resilience.
Each session is designed to focus on my clients’ success, equipping them with a toolkit of strategies that promote lifelong habits and strengthen all aspects of executive functioning.
