I am a professional certified life coach and an ADHD/Executive Function coach with over 20 years experience working with both adults and college students who learn differently.  I offer virtual ADHD/Executive Function coaching to adults.  I believe the heart and soul of coaching rests upon the collaborative nature of the client-coach relationship.  I’ll guide you to experience self-discovery–your aspirations, strengths, areas where you feel stuck, and to explore and experiment with your ideas such as managing time, setting priorities, balancing life responsibilities, and developing useful habits and routines. Through thought-provoking questions, I’ll help you to create your own individual strategies and solutions as you initiate change.  I believe the coaching experience will enable you to create options, build motivation, value and utilize your strengths, and achieve meaningful goals.

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-active Training Institute (CTI) and ADHD Coach Training through Jodi Sleeper-Triplett Coaching and Training (JST).  I have a Certificate in Special Needs from University of Vermont and an M.S. in Education from Nova Southeastern University.  I am a member of ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization) and ICF (International Coaching Federation).
