An ADHD executive coach since 2000, I work with leaders and business owners worldwide to help them take action more efficiently and lead more effectively. With Sara Skillen PCC, I co-develop program, train and mentor ADHD coaches through Coach Approach Training Institute. I am a co-founder of the Center for ADHD Coaching Excellence with coach and author Tamara Rosier. I cohosted the popular Translating ADHD podcast with Asher Collins for four years. Now I host the Integrating ADHD podcast. I am a co-author of a book on positive accountability and I speak and teach on a variety of topics including ADHD coaching, accountability, effective leadership and models for change. My Global Creative blog on Linked In addresses the challenges and opportunities facing creative entrepreneurs and leaders with ADHD. I live outside of Charlottesville, VA in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains with my wife and two children.
Education, Training & Certifications
I was trained through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Optimal Functioning Institute. I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I am a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach through CTI (now Co-Active Training Institute). I am a certified mentor coach.
I have trained coaching students at CATI, ADDCA and IACT-C.
