Amy Voros, PCC
PCC, Founder, Creative Catapult Coaching
Amy has been an active ADHD coach since shortly after her own diagnosis at 31. Together, it’s about controlling the chaos and then from a point of relative stability reassessing where you want to go. She focuses on clients to work with energy management through an understanding of how living with ADHD, energy management, and the need for novelty can be both exhilarating and exhausting. She has worked with dozen of clients across a variety of professions including chefs, Program Managers, entrepreneurs, best selling authors, truck drivers, Law Students, Medical professionals and others. Normalizing how you function, instead of hiding it frees up energy to get where you need to go.
Amy qualifies as a 2E adult (gifted and learning disabled) who also deals with chronic health issues. Her specialties are life hacks, energy management, and creative problem solving using a combination of technology, experience, curiosity and deep listening. And also a new set of tricks includes training in Tiny Habits(R). A framework that helps break down behaviors into clearly defined pieces that work together and can more easily be hacked when disentangled. She focuses on a combination of top down and bottom up work. (Logic and working with your body).
