Christine Kotik is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in ADHD, executive function, and neurodiversity. As the founder of CK ADHD Coaching & Consulting, she works with adults, families, and organizations to build practical, sustainable strategies that work with the ADHD brain — not against it.

Christine brings a non-linear career spanning accounting, education, and coaching — along with her own lived neurodivergent experience — to every client relationship. Her approach is grounded in authenticity, strengths-based thinking, and a deep understanding of what it actually feels like to navigate a world that wasn’t designed for the ADHD mind.

She is the creator of the ME HAT framework and the immersive ADHD simulation experience In Their Shoes, which builds empathy and understanding among educators, clinicians, and organizational leaders. Her group coaching program, In Gear, offers community and structured support for adults with ADHD navigating everyday life.

In addition to her coaching practice, Christine serves as President of ICF Columbus, Coordinator of Ohio CHADD, and Manager of NSA Ohio’s Speaker Academy. She speaks and trains nationally for clinical, educational, and corporate audiences through her Wear Your Own Hat speaking and training brand.
