Kate Barrett, ACC, is an ADHD & EF Coach and the founder of Coaching Cville, in Charlottesville, VA. She provides individual and group programs locally and speaks regionally on executive function and ADHD. Kate has been coaching since 2013, integrating the latest research in EF theory with ADHD Coaching to facilitate systemic change for those with ADHD. Complementary to this is coaching non-ADHD caregivers and partners on the intricacies of ADHD to further support relationships through an appreciation for neurodiversity within the collective relationships. Her background includes extensive volunteer and advocacy roles in the public school system, as well as parent, student, and executive education seminars.
