Joy is a Certified Life Coach with over 10 years of experience specializing in ADHD and Executive Function coaching for adults and college students. She always meets her clients where they are, guiding them to enhance their organizational skills, improve time management, and boost productivity through personalized coaching. In addition to individual coaching, she facilitates group programs for adults with ADHD, including a Life Skills group and a Women’s ADHD Support Group.

Joy also teaches clients how to use AI tools to support executive functions — helping them plan, prioritize, and get started — while providing the coaching support and accountability to follow through. She offers a free webinar on using AI for ADHD strategies.

She holds two distinguished coaching credentials: the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.

Joy completed her ADHD Coach training through Jodi Sleeper-Triplett’s JST Coaching and Training and holds a certification in Career & Life Planning Services Specialty Training from the Edge Foundation. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Joy brings a strong foundation in professional development to her coaching practice, with a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University and a decade of experience in Training and Organization Development within the federal government.
