Joanna Harding-Duggan COACHING
If you’ve spent years trying to function inside systems that were never build for your brain, the problem isn’t effort – it’s the approach. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF) specializing in ADHD and executive dysfunction. I am also a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). I work virtually with neurodivergent adults and students across Canada, the US, and the UK, helping them build sustainable habits and systems that fit their brains. My coaching is client let and grounded in science. You set the direction – I help uncover the tools, the insights, and support accountability. I also offer mentor coaching to neurodivergent coaches working toward their ICF credentials. I offer free 30-minute consultations and am happy to chat or answer any questions about ADHD, coaching, or wellness.
