I am passionate about empowering adults and families impacted by ADHD to create the changes they need to thrive personally, socially, academically, and professionally. For nearly 30 years, I have collaborated with children, teens, parents and adults in my roles as ADHD coach, consultant, mental health counselor, teacher, community organizer, and family services nonprofit director. I practice within a strengths-based, neurodivergent affirming model and partner with clients to identify their unique gifts or “sparks”, while helping to develop new strategies, tools and reframes to approach current challenges. Together, we clarify goals and collaboratively work towards understanding and removing the obstacles that interfere with performance and wellbeing. Learn more about my ADHD services at www.sparkadhd.com In addition to providing coaching and consulting services, I lead ADHD support groups and provide education and referrals as Founder of Valley ADHD (www.valleyadhd.org) – an online resource and support center for adults and families impacted by ADHD.
