Diane McLean is a coach, mentor, author, and speaker with a passion for neurodiversity. With over 40 years of experience in education, counseling, and professional coaching she supports uniquely wired adults and children, coaches, and educators. Known for her creativity, humor, and compassion, Diane helps coaches and the clients they serve to discover their strengths, understand their unique brain-wiring, and find greater success.
In addition to coaching individuals, groups, and teams, Diane is a dedicated mentor coach and coach trainer. She provides ongoing support and supervision through her weekly collaborative communities for coaches and is currently a senior instructor, assessor, and mentor for the ADD Coach Academy. She is a contributing author of The Guide to ADHD Coaching (2018) and Coaching Across Neurotypes: Practitioner Perspectives on Neuroinclusive Executive Coaching (in press/2026) (Wiley Executive Coaching: Focus Series), and is a member of ACO, CHADD, and ADDA.
To find balance, Diane enjoys training service dogs, playing piano, gardening, tap and ballet, and traveling.
