Tracey Wade
ADHD Life Coach, Healing Conversations ADHD Counselling and ADHD Coaching
I am a proud mother to an incredible daughter diagnosed with inattentive ADHD and partner to a creative and loving man, diagnosed with combined-type ADHD later in life. I am an ADHD Life Coach, trained through the world-renowned ADD Coaching Academy, and a Registered Social Worker. I have worked in mental health for the last 30 years.
In the past 15 years, my focus has been working with clients identifying with ADHD and co-existing conditions. Presently, I work with both younger and older adults, couples and families. I am employed as a mental health therapist in a publicly funded agency and have a private practice where I provide both ADHD Life Coaching and ADHD adapted counselling and psychotherapy. When I am not busy with work and family, I love to spend time outdoors in nature, hiking and cycling. I have a strong sense of social and environmental justice and frequently get involved in various causes and groups focused on needed change.
I’m currently working towards certification with the International Coaching Federation.
I currently provide virtual and telephonic ADHD life coaching and ADHD counselling to clients residing in New Brunswick and Ontario, Canada.
