Trained at the ADHD Coach Academy in individual and family coaching, I offer coaching to individuals, couples, parents and families. I am thrilled to share what I have learned to not only empower people impacted by ADHD live their lives more successfully, but to also have more fun, joy and connection with the people and work that matters most.With over thirty years of experience as an artist, entrepreneur, writer and educator, coaching allows me to utilize my expertise and love of the creative process. Coaching is for anyone who wants to make change and the creative process allows all types of clients to approach challenge and change with curiosity instead of anxiety. I also know first hand that creatives need specialized support from someone who understands the power of the practice. I enjoy assisting clients in finding purpose in their authentic creative expression. I offer individual, couple, group and family coaching, consulting and workshops, as well as organization and design services. I split my time between Rhode Island and Vermont and serve clients locally, across the US and overseas.
