Caitlin Bauer
Professional ADHD & AuDHD Coach, SF ADHD Coach
I’m an advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), founder of SF ADHD Coach (est. 2021), entrepreneur, speaker, mental health advocate, & member of the ICF. I offer ADHD & AuDHD focused business, executive, & life coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area (and beyond). I specialize in supporting women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives. I’ve coached neurodivergent professionals in leadership, product, design, marketing, sales, and engineering roles at companies including Disney, Google, Meta, Uber, and Salesforce.
My approach is collaborative and deeply personalized—it begins and ends with your unique formula for success. I can help you understand how your brain works, uncover your strengths, clarify what matters most, and start taking aligned, sustainable action.
As a coach and multiply neurodivergent (AuDHD: Autistic + ADHD) person, I value having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the neurodivergent journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so that you can begin to unmask and start living a more authentic life.
For Coaches: I also offer consultation for ADHD coaches who want support around working with Autistic and AuDHD clients, as well as business mentorship for new coaches building their practice.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and late-diagnosed Autistic. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my “condition.” I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and worked professionally as a performer before founding and running a digital marketing and web design agency for over a decade.
I began to feel the pull toward a career change before my daughter was born in late 2019. But it was the overlap of early motherhood and a global pandemic that finally forced me to slow down. That unexpected pause created space I might not have otherwise claimed to reflect, recalibrate, and reimagine my path. It led me to ADHD coaching, where I’ve been able to integrate my lived experience as an AuDHDer, my entrepreneurial & theatrical backgrounds, and my love of human connection into meaningful work.
Three years into my coaching practice (and motherhood), I went through a period of intense neurodivergent (AuDHD) burnout—something I hadn’t yet identified, but had unknowingly pushed through for years. Recovery hasn’t linear, but it reshaped my understanding of capacity, sustainability, and self-trust. This experience deepened my commitment to coaching in ways that honor the nervous system, affirm neurodivergent identity, and center authenticity over performance.
