Erica Fortescue
Erica Fortescue Coaching & Consulting
I coach adults and executives to understand their unique brains, improve their executive functioning, and accomplish their goals. My clients are highly creative, talented people navigating life transitions such as attending college, becoming a parent, launching companies, or advancing to a C-level position. In these moments, difficulty with executive functioning skills such as planning, prioritizing, organizing, and focusing attention can become roadblocks to success. In my work with adult professionals, I leverage my background as an executive coach and consultant for more than 50 organizations, including Fortune 100 companies including Apple, Disney, and Google. In addition to coaching, I’ve taught courses and workshops about creativity and the brain for organizations including M.I.T, Harvard’s Project Zero, EdLeader21, and the Learning & the Brain Society. I also offer group coaching for university students with ADHD; see my website, www.ef.coach, for details.
