My name is Venka, I am originally from Norway, have lived in USA for the past 30 years. I am a certified Life coach with a specialty in ADHD coaching. I started this journey because my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. When she was diagnosed I had so many questions around what does ADHD mean, and how it is affecting my daughter and the people in her life that loves her? I see the challenges with ADHD with family, in school, with friends, or at workplaces. I focus on Strength Base Coaching, discover what you are good at and taking your strengths into areas that might be a challenge. I also find working with the loved ones for someone that has ADHD very important. That way they can support their child, spouse, parents, grandparent, partner. Coaching takes time and you have to be willing to do the work and be open to exploring new ideas. With ADHD there is nothing that is broken or needs to be fixed!!!
