Beth Huegli
ADHD Life Coach, ADHD Center of West Michigan
Beth supports adults with ADHD in developing awareness, practical skills, and sustainable strategies to navigate both personal and professional life. Drawing from both her professional training and her own lived experience with ADHD, she brings a grounded, compassionate understanding to her coaching.
Diagnosed as an adult and as a parent of two young adults with ADHD, Beth has seen firsthand the impact of shame and misunderstanding and is passionate about helping clients move toward clarity, self acceptance, and effective action.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Grand Valley State University and was the founder and co director of a non profit for 18 years. She is also a certified Enneagram coach, integrating personality insight with practical systems to support meaningful change.
Beth specializes in working with adults, particularly those diagnosed later in life, who feel overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. In addition to coaching, she offers virtual organizing to help clients create customized systems that align with how their brains actually function rather than trying to fit into rigid or trend based methods.
She considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they create realistic plans that bring greater ease, clarity, and a sense of harmony to daily life.
