Jessica Hespelt is the founder of BrainBrakes and ReThink ADHD, a professionally accredited ADHD coach, parent peer support specialist, and master educator with over 20 years of experience working with families and individuals. She serves as Seattle CHADD coordinator and co-founded the ADHD Coaches Organization DEIB Committee, where she develops programming for ADHD coaches nationwide.

Jessica specializes in supporting adults, teens, and parents navigating the layered realities of ADHD at home, school, and work. As a mother of an ADHD teen and someone who has ADHD herself, she understands both the clinical framework and the lived experience. Her work weaves together executive function skills, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and values based decision making to help individuals move from overfunctioning and self doubt toward clarity, steadiness, and self trust. Jessica will guide you in building a practical, sustainable self care plan that supports your whole life, not just your planner.

Jessica also works with organizations and teams, and runs retreats & workshops upon request.

Jessica holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Washington and is a Stanford Hollyhock Fellowship alum in social justice in education. She is trained through CoachU and the JST ADHD Student Coaching Training, and is currently advancing her expertise as a Professional Certified Neurodiversity Coach (PCNC).
