Hi! I’m Shelly Lyons, an experienced ICF-certified Coach and Certified ADHD Coach with advanced degrees and an Ivy League education. I am also a late-identified AuDHDer who brings lived experience to my work.

I have learned how to work with my Neurodivergent wiring after years of unknowingly working against it and consider it a privilege to support ADHDers and AuDHDers in doing the same but in their own way and on their timeline.

I partner with individuals (and employers) to provide strengths-based, holistic, and action-oriented coaching for ADHDers and AuDHDers. With over 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, Human Resources, and disability programs, I have worked across diverse sectors such as corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education.

I possess a deep understanding of executive functioning, leadership development, and ADHD/AuDHD coaching, including coaching as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA or as part of talent development and retention strategy.

I work with ADHDers and AuDHDers to identify and accomplish their goals, build executive functioning skills for time management, planning, proactive communication, follow-through, RSD, emotional regulation, and more. I offer structured, skills-based implementation support alongside genuine accountability, creating forward momentum session by session.

Clients choose to work with me because:

  • I’m an experienced and certified ADHD Coach and an ICF-certified Coach with an Ivy League education and master’s degree, bringing both specialization and professional rigor.
  • I’m an AuDHDer, identified later in life, with lived experience of both the strengths and challenges of this neurotype, including for a long time believing I wasn’t smart enough to take up space or capable of living up to my “potential.”
  • With 20+ years of experience in Leadership Coaching, Human Resources, and disability programs, I bring practical expertise and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings.
  • I understand the importance of energy management, nervous system regulation, and integrating movement, rest, and structure in ways that support ADHD/AuDHD and prevent burnout.
  • My coaching framework guides clients to increase self-awareness, build on their individual strengths, quiet their inner critic, develop systems that work for them, and translate insight into clear, confident action.
  • I’m present, curious, calm, and encouraging, and will ask thoughtful questions that move you forward.
  • My style is warm and nonjudgmental, and my approach is strengths-based, holistic, and action-oriented.

If you’re ready to move forward with clarity, confidence, and neuroinclusive support from someone who “gets it” and has supported hundreds of people from entrepreneurs to executives with similar challenges, I’d love to connect.
