She draws on her expertise in brain development, executive functioning, and holistic wellness to help parents, young adults, educators, and youth make sense of what’s been feeling hard—and find ways forward that feel more doable and aligned. Having navigated her own ADHD journey as a child, adult, and parent, Alicia brings both professional insight and lived experience to her work—blending neuroscience, education, and real-life application to foster self-awareness, sustainability, and meaningful growth.
