AACC-Certified ADHD Coaching for Older Teens, College Students, and Adults, The Taproot Collective LLC
Bright, capable people with ADHD are often working far harder than others realize just to keep up. The result can be overwhelm, inconsistent follow-through, frustration, and a discouraging gap between what they know they are capable of and what daily life actually looks like.
I specialize in working with older teens (16+), college students, and adults to build self-awareness, strengthen executive function skills, improve communication and self-advocacy, and create practical systems that align with how they think and function best. My coaching is collaborative, strengths-based, and action-oriented, helping clients recognize new possibilities and realistic opportunities for meaningful change.
I am an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach with an International Coaching Federation credential in progress, offering a neuroscience-informed approach focused on sustainable growth, confidence, and clarity.
