Adela Baker, PCC, PCAC, is the founder and CEO of Mind Coach, LLC, an ADHD and executive coaching practice based in New Orleans. For nearly a decade, she has specialized in coaching Turbo Thinkers® (high-achieving professionals with fast-moving, highly creative minds), helping them succeed on their own terms without sacrificing their strengths or well-being.

Adela holds dual credentials from the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC), and serves as VP/President Elect of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO). As a PAAC mentor and session leader, she is among a small group of coaches worldwide who review and sponsor aspiring ADHD coaches seeking credentialing.

Her path into ADHD coaching began with a personal catalyst: recognizing her son’s turbo-charged brain and committing to understand it. She brought to that mission a background in corporate training, international communications, and language instruction across five languages. A Tufts University graduate, she works with clients around the world from her home city of New Orleans.
