AilsDHD Neurodivergent Coaching
As an ADHD coach, I understand the huge challenges that come with living with this unique brain wiring, as I was diagnosed at age 32. It was a huge shock, a relief, and it came with grief and regret of ‘what could have been’. But when I discovered ADHD coaching, it helped me to forgive myself and start working with my unique brain rather than against it for all of those 32 years.
Now after studying at ADDCA, I am a practising ADHD coach myself, and through coaching, I partner with you to help you work through self-doubt and create a new personal story.
I love working with clients to discover their strengths, understand their unique brains, and live better lives with acceptance and compassion. ADHD coaching is not just problem-solving; it’s transformational!
