Momentum Coach
My experience discovering my neurodivergence at age 40 (AuDHD here!), after coaching around goals, career, and accountability for several years, has fueled my passion for supporting other ambitious neurodivergent and multipassionate adults. So many of us experience recurring challenges with perfectionism, burnout, energy, and general overwhelm–and for those former “gifted and talented” kids like me, this can be especially pronounced.
As a coach, I work to help my clients feel more empowered in all areas of their lives through a collaborative partnership and a holistic, strengths-based approach to building sustainable systems and broader mindsets. We focus on what they want more of in their lives, what aligns with their values, and what makes them come alive. By continuing to tap into those joyful, fulfilling spaces, they find more purpose, more satisfaction, resilience, and confidence.
It’s such a privilege to be a small part of someone’s journey‚ I love seeing the grit, consistency, passion, growth, and clarity my clients show along the way.
I am especially proud and excited to work with other BIPOC folks, the non-binary and LGBTQ+ communities, athletes, creatives, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals.

- ADDCA Associate Coach Certification (AACC) and training as an ADHD and life coach from ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy), a fully integrated ADHD coach training program accredited by the ICF and PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches)
- BA in Visual Art Studies and Journalism from the University of Florida
- Natural Foods Chef certification from Natural Gourmet Institute
- Certified Level 1 Running Coach through RRCA (Road Runners Club of America)
