Alexa Schulte
ADHD Coach, MH Success Coaching and Consulting
HI THERE
I’m Alexa (she/her). Yes, like the Amazon Alexa, but I was here first!
I’m a certified ADHD coach and graduate of JST Coaching & Training’s ICF-accredited program. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful change in ways that work for their unique brains and lives.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in fourth grade, so I bring both professional training and lived experience to my coaching. While I have a special connection with neurodivergent individuals, I love working with people from all different backgrounds and helping them recognize their strengths, clarify what matters to them, and move toward the life they want.
Right now, my family and I are living in Utah as we prepare for our next big adventure: moving to New Zealand! I live with my husband, Jake, and our energetic six-year-old son, Torin. Outside of coaching, I love photography, painting, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and learning new things. I’m especially drawn to wildlife, conservation, and visual storytelling, interests I’m excited to explore even more in this next chapter of life.
Education, Training & Certifications
I have a bachelor’s degree in Communication from BYU–Idaho, with an emphasis in visual communication and am a graduate of JST Coaching & Training’s ICF-accredited coach training program.
