Hi! Iām Amanda, your friendly neurodivergent ADHD Coach! I help late-stage diagnosed ADHDers understand what their brain needs to be successful and create customized strategies to help them thrive in a neurotypical world! As a late-stage diagnosed ADHDer myself, I get it! Finding out there is a reason for a large majority of what I do (or don’t do!) – mind blowing! Learning how my brain works, that there is no “right” way to do something, and that working with my brain always has a better long-term outcome than working against it – LIFE CHANGING! And that’s exactly what I do with my clients! I help them understand what their brain needs to be successful so that they learn how to adjust their environment to fit their needs and the way their brain naturally works instead of the other way around!I offer 1:1 coaching for 18+ adults and parents (who either have ADHD themselves and/or their children have ADHD). I offer virtual sessions through Zoom. I also offer a variety of educational presentations on ADHD and ADHD Coaching to groups and businesses.
