Hi, I’m Amee Wayton—an ADHD and Executive Function Coach who helps adults, professionals, and business owners find more ease, clarity, and confidence in daily life. With 20 years of experience as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, I’ve worked with individuals navigating ADHD, visual processing disorders, aphantasia, gifted intelligence, and a variety of executive functioning and processing differences. I founded HyperFocus Solutions in 2017 to provide compassionate, practical support for neurodivergent adults who want to make life feel less overwhelming and more fulfilling. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with creative accommodations, helping clients build systems that fit the way their minds naturally work. My philosophy—rooted in Comfort. Clarity. Confidence.—reflects my belief that life doesn’t have to feel so hard, and that with the right tools and understanding, anyone can build a life that feels manageable and fulfilling.
