Amie Dabu
ADHD Focus Coach & Expert, Distracted Dreams LLC
As an ADHDer and the founder of Distracted Dreams, I proudly specialize in productivity and neurodiversity coaching. It’s my passion to support my clients as they overcome executive functioning challenges and authentically achieve their goals. With completion of ADDCA’s Basic Coaching Program and a deep understanding of ADHD, I guide individuals (whether they have ADHD or not) toward developing their own brain hacks for managing overwhelm, improving focus, and fostering meaningful growth. My coaching draws on my long professional background as a user experience (UX) researcher and educator, where my behavioral design skills helped me become an expert in creating impactful experiences for neurodiverse people. Music and cultural performing arts play an enormous role in my worldview, and embracing intersectionality is a key value of my practice. Let’s transform your challenges into opportunities together. You’re welcome to book your free initial call (where we learn more about each other) on my website.
