Amila de Saram-Larssen is an ICF-certified ADHD and Executive Function Skills Coach and co-founder of CoachBridge, dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges like focus issues, procrastination, disorganization, and life anxiety. CoachBridge represents an innovative platform that bridges the gap between new coaches seeking practice hours, certification, and confidence and underserved neurodivergent individuals in need of support. Combining ADHD life coaching with executive function skills coaching, her strengths-based approach empowers individuals to establish healthy habits, achieve goals, and improve their quality of life. Having lived and worked in over 10 countries around the world, Amila brings a global perspective to her practice. She has particular expertise in working with the unique challenges of expat families, professionals in international companies and organizations, and individuals navigating multicultural and intersectional identities.
