Ammara Wood
ADHD Coach for Late-Diagnosed Women in Midlife and Menopause, Blissfully ND Wellness
Ammara Wood is an ADHD Coach, Neurodivergent Support Specialist, and Menopause Educator who helps late-identified ADHD women in midlife understand their brains and start living and leading in alignment with them. As an ADHD, Black mom of ND kids navigating perimenopause, she brings lived experience that resonates deeply with women balancing identity, hormones, caregiving, and high expectations.
She works with high-achieving women who feel stuck in cycles of masking, perfectionism, and overwhelm, helping them build sustainable systems for focus, energy, and self-trust that actually fit their lives. Her neurodivergent-affirming approach blends compassion, practical strategy, and real-life application—so change feels doable and lasting.
As the founder of Blissfully ND Wellness, Ammara also partners with organizations to deliver neuro-inclusive leader training, workplace education, and process consulting. She is known for helping individuals and teams move out of survival mode and into environments where diverse brains are supported, valued, and able to thrive.
