Coaching with me is a thought-provoking, creative partnership that inspires and supports you to address your challenges in new ways and accomplish your goals. We are not here to “fix” you. We are gaining greater understanding and acceptance of your unique brain and exploring new ways to cooperate with it.

I coach twice exceptional  (2e) leaders, those who excel where others find challenge. Yet, for them, things that society tells us are simple can be extraordinarily difficult. Often, these are highly intelligent ADHDers and AuDHDers.

Mindfulness – the practice of presence – is at the heart of my approach to living and leading well with ADHD. I believe that we do not need to sit in medication to practice mindfulness, that we can weave loving kindness into how we move through our days in small, meaningful ways. In doing so, we rewrite how we experience our lives, how we parent, and how we lead. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation and an active member of ACO, CHADD and ADDA. My expertise includes humane leadership, effective teams, inclusive organizational cultures, burnout, and navigating conflict.
