Ana Sánchez is an ICF-credentialed PCC life coach with over 17 years of experience specializing in neuro-informed coaching for neurodivergent individuals navigating executive function challenges at work, in graduate school, and in relationships. She holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, and brings advanced training in neuroscience, ADHD coaching, and the Co-Active model to every client relationship.

Her coaching philosophy is strengths-based, neuro-informed, and deeply client-centered. Ana partners with clients to explore how their brains work across areas such as attention, memory, motivation, and emotional regulation, co-creating strategies that align with their cognitive strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Her clients range from graduate students to seasoned professionals, all navigating the invisibility of executive function challenges. Through their work together, they develop self-awareness, learn to harness their strengths, and build the accountability and intention needed to thrive in work and in life. At the heart of everything is a core belief: differences are not deficits.

Ana’s coaching style blends mindfulness, self-compassion, and gratitude principles with neurodiversity-forward and strengths-based techniques. She holds certifications through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and completed specialized ADHD and executive function training through JST Coaching and Training, where she later served as a coach trainer and co-designed their Coaching Neurodivergent Learners course. She also completed a certificate program at the Neuroscience School, deepening her applied understanding of brain-based behavior, learning, and performance.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Ana works bilingually in English and Spanish and brings warmth, cultural fluency, and genuine care for each client’s lived experience to her practice. She is the founder of Ana Sánchez LLC.
