I’ve spent over 25 years innovating in teaching, learning, facilitation, technology and management. I’ve taught students from preschool through post-graduate at Yale, Columbia, NYU, and Harvard. I advised and evangelized the use of technology to help students and teachers become future-ready.

I’m proud to have built and lead a professional learning department, certification program, and teacher community at BrainPOP, which helped lead to the company’s acquisition in 2022. Since then, I’ve combined my passion for organizational alignment with deep belief in constructivist teaching and learning to coach leaders, professionals, and parents. I have ADHD, and my approach to coaching rests on 3 pillars:

🧠
Attention

Your mind can be an ally, not an adversary. Pulling from decades of experience in teaching, education, and my own experience with ADHD, I’ll help you understand your attention patterns and build personalized, intuitive strategies that work for your brain.

🎨
Leadership

I help my clients develop a leadership style that feels more authentic and empowering to them. Whether you’re a first-time manager or an executive wanting to design the last chapter of your career, I guide you towards a sense of leadership that honors your unique passion, intellect, and gifts.

💪
Confidence

My ultimate goal is for you to walk through life with a deep sense of trust in yourself. My coaching gives you structured support on how to achieve your goals. Together, we’ll strengthen your ability to reframe self-doubt, make decisions with clarity, and show up fully to your work, life, and family.

When not coaching, you might find me volunteering as a mentor with REP, supporting the school leadership team at my children’s school, or leading case study programming right here – for the ACO!  I also enjoy pinball and the beach. I’m married with 2 children.
